I'm Presenting at Geek Week 2021
The Pet Professional Guild's Geek Week 2021 is an online educational event with internationally renowned speakers--and I'm excited to be one of them!

I’m delighted to share with you that I’m going to be presenting at this year's Geek Week, taking place on November 13-17.
Geek Week is a virtual educational event hosted by the Pet Professional Guild and its partners. It’s aimed at pet professionals – as well as anyone with a wider interest in animal behavior and training.
Geek Week 2021 will be a little bit unique in that it will feature three educational tracks – the A Track, the B Track, and the C Track.
- A is for Academic, featuring national and international academics introducing and discussing their research.
- B is for Behavior, featuring hands-on, mechanically skilled dog trainers who will provide a takeaway ‘how-to’ of their subject.
- And C is for Consulting, featuring business, marketing, and personal growth topics.
In other words, Geek Week covers just about everything you need to know if you live or work with animals.
I'm presenting in both the A track and the C track:
- How to change minds and encourage more people to use reward-based training methods.
- An introduction to blogging for dog trainers and other pet professionals.
