For those in the US, the cut-off for standard shipping is Dec 10th (rush shipping is available until Dec 18th, and super rush shipping until Dec 21st).
For those in Canada, the cut-off for standard shipping is Nov 29th.
For those in the EU with shipping from the EU, the cut-off for standard shipping is Dec 7th, except for the UK which is Dec 11th. Rush shipping within the EU is available until Dec 20th.
